i just found a new "answer"-engine called answers.com and their results are quit good. they describe it as "online dictionary, encyclopedia and much more" and the approach is, to give a structured answer from different sources in a continuous text and not just a thousand of irrelevant links - and it works. i tried "viral marketing" and got this
